EFTTEX 2016 will once again be returning to the Dutch capital of Amsterdam after five years absence and for the 10th time in its history. The 35th edition of the European Fishing Tackle Trade Exhibition will be hosted in the RAI Exhibition centre, regarded as a popular venue because of its central location, excellent transport links and its proximity to many of Europe's strongest angling markets. Based on past shows at the Rai Exhibition Centre in the city, exhibitors can expect a high visitor turn-out. The Dutch capital last played host to the showpiece in 2011 when it welcomed 1.630 visitors and 254 exhibitors.

Amsterdam RAI is easy to reach by both public transport or by car and has ample parking facilities on and outside its site. Amsterdam RAI is situated 8 minutes from Amsterdam's city centre and 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport, the main aviation terminal 15 km from the city centre.
The RAI has its own station, Amsterdam RAI, which is located next to the RAI complex and is easy to reach from anywhere in the Netherlands.
